Crowd Management for First line Supervisors
This 5-day (40 hours) agency level certification program is designed to train and certify correctional personnel in Crowd Management Tactics for small or large scale disturbances within their institutions for a Multi-Agency response. This course is designed to assist agencies in planning and use of Civil or Riot Response Squads for rapid and emergency rapid response situations. This course primarily focuses on the initial phases of small or large disturbances anywhere inside or outside your facility, showing the most effective responses when using formations, aerosols, batons, riot shields, intergraded non lethal weaponry, and tactical command leadership. We will address the use of mini teams, different non lethal weapon options, contingency plans, logistics and equipment needed teams and multiple officer control tactics, and protection of departments from costly litigation issues.

This 5-day (40 hours) agency instructor level certification program is designed to train and certify departmental instructors in Crowd Management for Line Officers for law enforcement agencies. This course is designed to assist agencies in planning and use of Riot Response Squads. This course primarily focuses on the initial phases of small or large disturbances in your jurisdiction, showing the most effective response when using formations, aerosols, and batons. We will address the use of mini teams, different non lethal weapon options, contingency plans, logistics and equipment needed teams and multiple officer control tactics, and protection of departments from costly litigation issues.
