This 5-day (40 hours) agency instructor level certification program is designed for agencies to train and certify correctional officer as "INSTRUCTORS" in Disturbance Control Tactics for jails and camps, and prisons. Cell Extraction & Control Systems Instructor Course
This 5-day (40 hours) agency instructor level certification program designed for agencies to train and certify departmental instructors in Cell Extraction and Control Systems for corrections. This course is designed to enhance the instructor™s development in the use and training of control tactics for single and multiple officer control tactics using anatomically correct techniques, and to protect departments from costly litigation issues that could arise from the use of physical force during an encounter. This course fully addresses all aspects of physical restraints, and introduces "Pad Subduing Techniques and Tactics." Instruction is based on realistic use and applications of control methods in the use of force situations.

Special Operation Response Team Training "SORT"
This 5-day (40 hours) agency instructor level certification program is designed for agencies to train and certify correctional officer as "INSTRUCTORS" in Special Operation Response Team tactics for jails, camps, and prisons. This course is designed to enhance the agencies in the use of how to select, deploy and maintain a SORT Teams and Squads especially for correctional environments, and primarily focuses on the high level situations within these facilities, such as officer rescue, use and deployment of specialty impact munitions, regaining the facility, dayroom, cell pod, recreational yards and other areas within the correctional facility when the use of disturbance control teams have been ineffective, and a higher level of force is needed. We will address the use of different less lethal options, contingency plans, logistics and equipment needed to help protect departments from costly litigation issues.

This course was designed to assist agencies in assessment, management and deployment of deadly force in a Correctional Institution. This course primarily focuses on the final phases of small or large disturbances in a jurisdiction, showing the most effective response when using formations when confronting deadly force threats.

Squad & Teams Leadership Training for Corrections
This 3-day (24 hour) agency instructor level certification program is designed for agencies to train and certify correctional officers as a "Squad or Team Leaders" in leading, and commanding Disturbance Control personnel and Squad inside jails, and camps, and prisons. This course is designed to instruct leaders in selection of personnel and establishing standards for these teams and personnel. Focuses are on the welfare, training, mental conditioning and physical requirements needed in a leadership position. We will address and demonstrate the need for protocol procedures for selecting personnel, equipment, and munitions, and the various non lethal weapon options available within the industry today. Also address how to write and issue contingency plan; logistics needed to response to a disturbance that help protect departments from costly litigation issues.

This 3-day (24 hour) Command Staff agency level certification program is designed to unite the communication needed between the line officers, first line supervisors, and the command administration for the selection of personnel, equipment, munitions lists, and training needed to response as a department to these riot environments that occur within a jail, camp, or prison facility. This course is designed to instruct the Command in the proper protocol for selecting of personnel and the importance of establishing department standards for their personnel and squads.
