Course Description:

Day 1 - The Basic RRB Instructor Training Program (10 Hours): This basic instructor course begins with a full description of the Rapid Rotation Baton and its accompanying safety holster. The program lays a foundation for the proper use of police impact weapons. A professional use of force matrix is taught along with academic descriptions of how the Rapid Rotation Baton is used with escalating and de-escalating force scenarios. Instructor students are introduced to the adult learning method and taught skills in instructing others in the use of the Rapid Rotation Baton.

Day 2 - RRB Combat Tactical Instructor Training Program (10 Hours):  More advanced techniques for the RRB and security holster. The RRB is taught to be used in various environments as a conflict management and control tool. Students are introduced to the use of this impact weapon against full assaults in a way that no other baton has or can be used based upon design limitations. Students will learn to utilize the RRB using theories of leverage over strength and technique over power. RRB Basic Instructor Course (Day one) is a pre-requisite for attending the RRB Combat Tactical Instructor Course (Day two.

Course Description:
The one day, ten (10) hour course, will certify training officers within your agency as SABRE Instructors.  The Instructor Certification Class will educate the officer in the proper application of SABRE OC products. Other important factors covered include proper aim, holstering, transporting and positioning, inert training, hydraulic needle, spray patterns, formulations, decontamination, when to use SABRE, as well as other important information.
